Everything about this hotel is great! The staff is really helpful, as well as owner. Functional and extremely spacious rooms come with excellent a/c and good sized en-suite bathroom, for instance. Thank you for a really nice stay.

We had a romantic escape in this hotel and it was a delightful experience. The staff warmly welcomed us and even provided their phone number beforehand. The room was charming, clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and had good water pressure in the shower. The highlight was the breakfast, which was the best we've ever had. Everything was local, organic, and mostly homemade. The location of the hotel was also great, near a beautiful lake and within the historical center of the city.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. The trash was not picked up daily and the Wi-Fi reception in the rooms was poor.

The staff here are really easygoing and the location is spot on, just a stone's throw away from the lake 🌊. I had a great time here. the room was practical yet stunning, with a nice big private bathroom and awesome air conditioning.

The location was absolutely perfect for exploring Iznik.

Stayed at a place claiming to be a hotel, but felt more like home with a playground, beach access, kayaking, and even a business center. Great to know I can work on my tan while filing my reports.

Such a shame they didn't have a petting zoo or a hot air balloon ride, my mini vacation felt incomplete.

Place was new and easy walk to Iznik Foundation. Functional rooms of the apartment complete with good sized en-suite bathroom and excellent a/c, for example. Included a shower, hair dryers and towels, all very handy. All in all everything was great, as a bonus I received wake up calls free of charge.

The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beautiful lake and all the top sights. The town itself was a pleasure to explore, with its ancient wall, well-restored gates, and fascinating excavations. The relaxed atmosphere and friendly locals made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the room was spacious and attractive. The breakfast provided was absolutely wonderful, with the best cheese omelette I've ever tasted. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

We felt like VIPs at Seyir Butik. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. One morning, they surprised us with a homemade breakfast delivered right to our room. The food was incredibly delicious and made with fresh, local ingredients. The attention to detail and personalized service made us feel like we were staying with family. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly special experience.

We loved our stay in this new hotel. The tiles on the ground were nice. The furniture and fixtures were new and cosy. The owner couple was friendly and helpful. Complimentary waters were a nice touch. Located in the city center, no need to walk much. Well done and good luck. Try the delicious fried ice cream in the cafeteria.
